Admiral Ackbar (Erik Bauersfeld)

Ever since I started watching Star Wars one of my favorite rebels has always been Admiral Ackbar and to see him in The Force Awakens scored major points in my book. The character none for the famous quote It's a trap does not really have that much screen time in the new movie but he is still an awesome character and I'm still really happy that he was featured in The Force Awakens. I wish they would've somehow put his famous quote in The Force Awakens because the only movie he says that was in Return Of The Jedi and he only says it once. So in The Force Awakens he really doesn't do a whole lot other than stand around the holo table when him, Leia (Carrie Fisher), Poe Dameron (Oscar Isaac), Finn (John Boyega), Han Solo (Harrison Ford), C3-PO (Anthony Daniels), and other Resistance leaders are studying Starkiller Base and coming with a plan to destroy the base. So probably in some Star Wars fan's opinion he's kind of a pointless character but not to me because the Resistance needs awesome leaders like Admiral Ackbar. Out of respect for the amazing actor that played Admiral Ackbar, Erik Bauersfeld passed away April 3, 2016 thank you for making the awesome character Admiral Ackbar is today. So two huge thumbs up to Admiral Ackbar and to Erik Bauersfeld.
