Starkiller Base

The climax of Star Wars The Force Awakens is the Starkiller base scene and one of my favorite parts in the movie. First off I will say I would've preferred just a third Deathstar over an ion cannon implanted into a planet but it was still really cool how they pulled it off. The way the Resistance learns about the base is by the help of Finn (John Boyega) he tells Leia (Carrie Fisher) everything he knows about the First Order when he gets to the Resistance base and now that they know about the existance of the base the Resistance knows it must be destroyed. Finn tells the Resistance leaders the only way to destroy the base is to hit the main reactor of the base on the outside and they also learn it's a whole lot powerful than the past two Deathstars and he has to get inside the base to deactivate the sheild that's protecting the reactor. By the way Rey (Daisy Ridley) is captured by the First Order at this point in the movie too. So Han Solo (Harrison Ford) tells the leaders and generals that he and Chewie (Peter Mayhew) can get Finn inside the base but do more than just take out the sheild also rescuing Rey as well. So Han, Chewie, and Finn head for Starkiller base they all three sneak in take out a crap ton of Stormtroopers then later Finn tells Han his only job he had on the base was sanitation and they'll need a trooper that'll know how to deactivate the sheild. So they grab Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie) and force her to deactivate the sheild and after that they find Rey, they contact the Resistance and gives them the go ahead for the airstike on the reactor so Poe Dameron (Osscar Isaac) leads the airstrike, Han gets killed by Kylo Ren (Adam Driver), X-wings are battling Tie Fighters, and Poe hits the reactor and destroys the base. Now in my opinion I think it should've taken longer to destroy the base like more than one reacter becauase it's a huge cannon in a planet there should've been at least 50-100 reactors powering the thing and I think it should not have been destroyed in EP. 7 like EP. 8 but it was still cool like when they were walking around the base you could see the planet so it was a cool addition to Star Wars.
