My favorite droids in Star Wars has always been C3-PO (Anthony Daniels) and R2-D2 (Kenny Baker) and now I have another favorite driod BB-8. I will be honest at first when I saw BB-8 in the first trailer I was not looking forward to seeing him in The Force Awakens. I thought he'd be a pretty stupid droid in the movie and hoping a First Order Stormtrooper would shoot him but when i went to go see the movie in Christmas eve in the first 10 minutes with BB-8 he grabbed my attention. For the longest time I thought BB-8 was Rey's droid but come to find out he belongs to Poe Dameron (Osscar Issac)when he gives BB-8 the missing piece of the map to Luke (Mark Hamill) which this whole story is a lot like R2-D2 being Leia's (Carrie Fisher) droid in EP.4 when He's given the death star plans. So BB-8 awesome droid in The Force Awakens. Now as for C3-PO and R2-D2 both of them really weren't in The Force Awakens that much C3-PO showed up in the movie when Leia showed up in the movie which was about half way through. As you can see in the picture you can see that 3PO's left are is red everyone thinks it's because he lost his real arm and they had to replace it the real story was that somewhere in between EP.6 and EP.7 3PO actually got involved with this other droid had a "friendship" with this droid well the droid died and in memory of this droid he's wearing it's arm and this would've been revealed but J.J cut it completely out of the story and make people think it was just a temporary arm. Now finally onto R2-D2 right off the bat this really ticked me off R2 was really only in the last 20 minutes of the movie the reason for this is because when Luke went into hiding R2 went into low power to powering down and 3PO explains this to BB-8 when he finds him covered under a sheet and once when the map is complete R2 turns on that's why I said in my last post now that Luke is found we'll se a lot more original characters I just wish they would've put C3-PO and R2-D2 in The Force Awakens more than they did so, BB-8 awesome new droid and 3PO and R2 awesome as usual.
