Unkar Plutt (Simon Pegg)

Probably the most weirdest characters in The Force Awakens is Unkar Plutt played by Simon Pegg. But he does have a pretty cool story in the movie and in the book. in the movie when Rey's (Daisey Ridley) parents left her alone on Jakku I guess they left her under the supervision of Unkar Plutt because in Rey's vision we see Unkar's hand on Rey's arm and he's telling her to be quiet when Rey is screaming for her parents. So Rey is pretty much Unkar Plutt's slave and he's also the head trade master in Niima Outpost on Jakku. Later in the begining of the movie when Rey has BB-8 Unkar wants to buy him off of Rey by offering 60 portions of food Rey almost gave in but she refused the deal so he gets mad and sends his thugs after her to steal BB-8 and as expected the thugs fail and that's when we see Rey meet Finn (John Boyega) and then the First Order are after them because of BB-8. And you should know the story by now Tie Fighters chase them and they steal the Millennium Falcon and Unkar Plutt has it and once Finn and Rey are flying away he's screaming HEY!! THAT'S FINE!!! And in the movie that's the last we see of him. Probably what you guys don't know is that we were supposed to see more of him n the movie but it was cut completely out of the storyboard for the movie which kind of makes since. Anyway it was supposed to take place in the middle of the movie when Han Solo (Harrison Ford), Finn, and Rey are on Maz Kanata's (Lupita Nyong'o) castel the part when Finn wants to leave Rey is standing at the door and she feels someone grabs her arm and says hello girl and she turns around and sees Unkar Plutt in front of her face and he tells her she's gonna pay for what she's done by taking the Falcon and threatening her so Rey pulls out the gun that Han gave her earlier and holds it up to his nose thinking the safety is off but she didn't do that. So Unkar Plutt proceeds to pull it out of her hand and says you forgot to turn off the safety here I'll show you meaning once its off she's dead. Right before he could even think to turn it off Chewbacca (Peter Mayhew) comes out of nowhere and rips the gun out of his hand and Unkar turns around and laughs when he sees Chewie's arm is wrapped when he was shot by a Guavian Enforcer and Unkar is making fun saying half a wookie is no match for him (trying to start a fight) so Unkar makes the first move by swinging his fist to hit him and Chewie catches his fist twists his wrist and rips his arm clean off his shoulder and once Unkar realizes what the heck happened he's screaming his head off. Yes that would've been a really gory part and probably would've made it rated R but honestly that would've been awesome to see. Now I don't think we'll see more Unkar Plutt in future movies because really when you stop and think about it there's really no purpose but the scenes we did see Unkar Plutt they were cool because really he's made Rey what Rey is now a confident fighter so two thumbs up to Unkar Plutt.
